CASA Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions

You must you read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or redeeming your CASA Digital Gift Card. 

• Your purchase, redemption or attempted redemption of a CASA Digital Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
• If you give an CASA Digital Gift Card to another person you must ensure they are aware of these terms and conditions, as well as the remaining balance of the CASA Digital Gift Card.
• Your Gift Code is your Digital Gift Card. Please put this number in a safe place.
  • If this code is lost, you will need your Order Number associated with the purchase to locate the Gift Code.
  • If you do not have the Order Number, we will not be able locate your Gift Code.
  • CASA Digital Gift Cards will not be replaced or returned if lost or stolen..

Buying an CASA Digital Gift Card

• CASA Digital Gift Cards be purchased online in the amounts of $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00.  

Using your CASA Shop Gift Card

• Your Gift Code is your Digital Gift Card. Please keep both your Order Confirmation and Gift Card emails for your records. If this code is lost, you will need your Order Number associated with the purchase to locate the Gift Code. If you do not have the Order Number, we will not be able locate your Gift Code.
• Your CASA Digital Gift Card is redeemable at our website and at our tasting room.  
• When you buy products using your CASA Digital Gift Card the value remaining on the card will be reduced by the price of the goods bought with the card.
• Your CASA Digital Gift Card may be partially redeemed. Any unused balance will remain on your CASA Digital Gift Card for you to use at any other time before the card's expiration date.
• Where the price of goods you want to buy exceeds the balance on your CASA Digital Gift Card, you will be required to pay the difference between the price of the goods and the available balance using another method of payment, such credit card.
• You can only use one gift card per transaction. Multiple gift cards can not be applied to a single transaction.
• Your CASA Digital Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• CASA Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or other tender.
• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and redeem a CASA Digital Gift Card.

Expiration of CASA Digital Gift Cards

• Your CASA Digital Gift Card is valid for use until the expiry date, which is 12 months from the date of issue.
• It is up to you to redeem the full value of your CASA Digital Gift Card before its expiration date.
• Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited to you when your CASA Digital Gift Card expires.
• No reloading

Transaction history

• You can confirm the balance of your CASA Digital Gift Card and your transaction history by phoning (805)-485-1454 or emailing at info@casaagria.com.
• Please be sure to have your gift code and/or your order number associated with the purchase of your CASA Digital Gift Card. This is the only way we can look up the information.

Damaged, lost or stolen CASA digital Gift Cards

• CASA Digital Gift Cards will not be replaced or returned if lost or stolen.
• Casa Agria, LLC accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or destruction of an CASA Digital Gift Card and has no obligation to replace or refund value for lost, stolen or damaged CASA Digital Gift Cards.
• Casa Agria, LLC may prevent further use of your CAA Gift Card if:
  • you report that it has been damaged, lost or stolen; or
  • the Casa Agria, LLC believes or has reason to suspect that you have used (or will use) it in such a way that is in breach of these terms and conditions.

Liability

• You are liable for all transactions on your CASA Digital Gift Card, including where your CASA Digital Gift Card has been lost or stolen.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• The Casa Agria, LLC reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required for any reason and agree to provide you with at least 30 days notice of such changes. We will give you notice by posting the changes on www.casasagria.com. If you write to the Casa Agria, LLC within the notice period and do not accept the changes we may cancel your Gift Card and refund any remaining CASA Digital Gift Card value.
