EL SUENO is a mixed culture and barrel aged gose style ale brewed with coriander and pacific sea salt that was aged on locally grown apricots from @apricotlanefarms. This one is an exceptional balance showcasing each of the components, the aroma is a creamy stone fruit skin reminiscent of mochi candies. Acid is light with a crisp, but it’s the flavors that sing. The combination of coriander and apricot remind us of fruity pebbles cereal and the salt just accentuates all the flavors.
